Experience Flavours of the North

Our daily menus are crafted by our culinary team, using fresh and seasonal ingredients. We offer three meals per day and a variety of snack & canapé offerings. Depending on the day's events, we usually offer lunch at one of our three lodges or a riverside cookout in a remote setting. For dinner, dine in our main lodge dining room or enjoy a seat at the chef's table in the kitchen while you savour a 5-course tasting and pairing menu.

Pair your meal with a selection of fine wine or spirits. Let us know of any special dietary needs a few weeks prior to arrival, and we’ll ensure you’re well taken care of.
